1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and vcbet ("the Company", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the vcbet website available at https://vcbet.ws and all associated products, services, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

vcbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease use of the Platform and contact vcbet support to close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a vcbet account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vcbet strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit persons under this age to register or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by vcbet for breach of these Terms or any other vcbet policy.
• You are not registering on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with vcbet. If vcbet identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different Bangladeshi mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — all accounts beyond the first may be closed and balances forfeited, at vcbet's sole discretion. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify vcbet support immediately.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

vcbet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances, including where unusual account activity is detected or where required by vcbet's internal compliance procedures. By registering an account, you consent to vcbet conducting identity verification checks, including but not limited to requesting copies of government-issued identification documents and proof of address.

• National ID card (NID) or passport for Bangladeshi players.
• Proof of the mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• Additional documentation may be requested at vcbet's discretion, including but not limited to proof of source of funds.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by vcbet may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

vcbet accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others as listed on the Platform's cashier page. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotional page. vcbet does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may charge a transaction fee, for which vcbet bears no responsibility.

All deposits are credited to the Player's real-money balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vcbet does not accept credit card deposits. Funds deposited into a vcbet account may only be used for betting and gaming on the Platform and may not be transferred to other users. vcbet reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the Player's name may be refused and returned to the originating account.
• vcbet does not accept deposits in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments submitted in other currencies may be rejected or converted at vcbet's discretion.
• The minimum deposit amount may be subject to change. Current minimums are displayed on the Platform's cashier page at all times.
• vcbet does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified Bangladeshi bank account in the Player's name. vcbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or international accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. vcbet does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, processing times may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have their withdrawal requests held pending verification. In cases where vcbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, the Company reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal request pending investigation. During any such investigation, the Player's account may be temporarily restricted. vcbet will endeavour to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within one (1) business hour during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

vcbet offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified on the relevant promotion page.
• vcbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of its withdrawal will retain that bonus subject to the terms already in place.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts or using different payment methods will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Winnings generated through free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified on the relevant promotion page.

vcbet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in error, obtained fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms or the specific terms of the relevant promotion.

7. Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to vcbet's betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. These rules are accessible on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Bets are final once confirmed. vcbet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; incomplete events where a result cannot be determined; confirmed or suspected match fixing; technical malfunction of the Platform that materially affected bet placement or odds.

In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at vcbet's discretion, including during live events. vcbet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a market being suspended or unavailable during a live event. The settlement of bets will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, vcbet will use its reasonable judgement to determine settlement.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcbet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from the Platform with all balances forfeited:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or the submission of falsified KYC documents.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed by vcbet.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform to launder money in any form.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

vcbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods of up to 30 days, and self-exclusion options that can temporarily or permanently restrict access to the account. These tools are accessible from the account settings section of the Platform. vcbet encourages all players to set personal limits before beginning any betting or gaming session.

Players who wish to self-exclude must contact vcbet support via email at [email protected] and request self-exclusion in writing. Self-exclusion will take effect within 24 hours of the request being received and confirmed. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcbet's total liability to any Player for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vcbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors outside vcbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions, payment processor delays, acts of God, or government actions.
• Loss of winnings or profits arising from any bet being voided or settled incorrectly due to a technical error, provided vcbet takes reasonable steps to correct the error upon becoming aware of it.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including username and password.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the vcbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of vcbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vcbet.

The vcbet brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of vcbet. Unauthorised use of any vcbet trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vcbet's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through vcbet's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
